摘要 目的优选苯巴比妥滴丸的制备工艺。方法以水溶性高分子材料PEG-6000和PEG-4000为主要基质,采用正交实验方法,以滴丸的圆整度、光洁度、丸重差异为主要验证指标,优选苯巴比妥滴丸制备的最佳工艺。结果以PEG-6000∶PEG-4000(7∶1),吐温-80适量的混合液作为基质,液体石蜡为冷却剂,药物与基质以(1∶6)配比,药液温度95℃,冷却温度15℃,滴速40 d/min为最佳条件。结论该工艺为苯巴比妥滴丸的制备提供实验依据。 Objective To study the best technological preparation of the Phenobarbital Pills.Methods Water soluble polymer materials PEG-6000 and PEG-4000 were used as matrix,Orthogonal Design was used as the method,the degree of the pill′s being round and normal,the degree of finish,the difference of pill′s weight were used as indicator to find out the best conditions of preparing Phenobarbital Pills.Results The results showed that in order to get the highest moulding probability of the Phenobarbital Pills,the optimal process was that the Phenobarbita Pills should be dropped into the mixture of 95 ℃,the temperature of the refrigeration was 15℃ by 50 dropping per minute with the formulation ingredients of 1∶6.Conclusion This preparation method was simple,convenient and could be controlled easily.It was suitable for both the laboratory test and industrial production.
