摘要
现行的体育教学管理模式体现了PDCA(即plan→do→check→action)循环管理原则,文章将从这一方面探索现行的体育教学管理模式应注意的问题,并就如何应用PDCA模式提高教学质量进行了讨论。
Physical education management have achieved remarkable effect in the continuing reform.If we enhance the management to the theoretic al level and focus on the combination of the existing physical education management which includes plan-do-check-act pattern basic links and the elements of physical education management,we will see that the physical education management reflect PDCA cycle management pattern that includes plan,do,check,action basic links.We will discuss the problems existing in physical education management pattern and how to improve teaching qua-lity by PDCA pattern application.
