摘要
土地制度是南诏社会生活中最为重要的一个层面,因此土地法律制度也就成为南诏法律体系的一个重要组成部分。南诏土地制度受多种因素的影响和制约,其中最重要的是文明类型、移民、农村公社制度和社会形态4个因素。
Land system was the most important aspect of social life in the Nanzhao Kingdom,and hence land law system was a very prominent component of the kingdom's legal system.The kingdom's land system was under the influence of various factors including the four major ones of its type of civilization,the immigrants,the village commune and the society type.
