摘要
运用协整检验、误差修正模型及Granger因果关系检验对云南省房地产投资和经济增长之间的关系进行实证分析,并在分析结论的基础上,对云南省房地产投资及宏观调控提出了应对措施及建议.
This study made an empirical analysis of the relationship between the real estate investment and the economic growth using cointegration test,error correction model,Granger test.And some counter measures were put forward for the real estate investment and macro control policy of Yunnan Provience based on the analysis.
