科学发展观是十七大报告的核心内容,"以人为本"是科学发展观的核心。科学发展以谋求整体发展、优化整体效益为出发点。大力推进"双创"活动,以发展壮大学院实力,以发展增强学院的生机和活力,以发展开创各项学院工作新局面。
The Scientific Outlook on Development is the core content of 17th National Congress.Putting people first is the core of the Scientific Outlook on Development.The Scientific Outlook on Development requires that we should aim at optimizing structure and strengthening the college in order to obtain beneficial result.We develop Double-promoting Activities,the purpose of which is to retain greater vitality of the college and carry out all the tasks better.
