摘要
本文通过对英国北部城市利物浦、米德尔斯堡、谢菲尔德内数个公共艺术项目的剖析,阐释了英国当代城市公共艺术的发展情况和理念,并对表面化的大型公共艺术建设作出客观的批判。
Through the analysis of several public art projects in Liverpool, Mideersibrough and Sheffield which are in the north of England, this article shows the developments, illumunates the idea of comtemporary public art of England, and also makes objective critiques on the cos- metic large-scale projects of public art .
