摘要
旅游人力资源是提升我国旅游业国际竞争力和可持续发展能力的重要保障。培养和发展旅游业的生力军,重视旅游人力资源的开发,将是我国旅游业发展的一项重要而又艰巨的任务。
The tourism human resources are the important guarantee of promoting international competitiveness and sustainable development ability of tourist industry of our country. This paper analysed the current situation of tourism human resources of our country and existing problems,and proposed the countermeasure and measure of tourism human resources development of our country.
