摘要
试验旨在研究5种等氮、等能饲料中添加不同水平山楂对鲫鱼生长、饲料利用的影响。试验选用平均初始体重为(8.34±0.21)g的鲫鱼,随机选取分为5个处理组,每组30尾,每组设3个重复。试验采用单因素设计,用添加不同水平山楂(添加量分别为0、1%、3%、5%、7%)的饲料喂养鲫鱼,试验期60d。结果表明:饲料中山楂添加量为3%时,试验鱼的特定生长率最大(1.83%/d)、蛋白效率最高(1.92%)、饵料系数最低(1.76)。与其余各试验组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。用折线回归模型分析山楂的添加量与鲫鱼特定生长率、饵料蛋白效率及饵料系数的变化关系,表明本试验中鲫鱼饲料中山楂的适宜添加量为3%。
To study the effects of hawthorn levels in feed on growth performance and feed utilization of juvenile carassius auratus, an experiment was conducted using carassius auratus to investigate the effects of adding hawthorn (0, 1%, 3%, 5%, 7% respectively) on growth and feed utilization of carassius auratus.
