摘要
介绍了邻氯氯苄合成中,采用塔式光氯化反应器替代釜式氯化反应器技术。该技术改善了反应条件,氯气利用率、邻氯甲苯转化率等明显提高,降低了消耗,解决了环境污染问题。
The replacement of kettle-type chlorinated reactor technology by tower photo-chlorinated reactor in synthesis of 2,4-dichlorotoluene was introduced. The reaction station and using rate of chlorine gas, and conversion of tolylchloride were improved. The consumption was reduced and the pollution of environment was solved.
