摘要
根据新时代新阶段图书馆工作的特点,就我馆读者服务工作再做几点思考和认识,提倡全心全意为读者服务的无私奉献精神;全面提高图书馆队伍的素质;搞好文献信息深层次、高质量服务;进一步加强我馆文献资源的开发利用。
I intend to put forward some ideas on the readers' service in our library according to the characteristics of the work in a library in the new era. I acclaim the selfless contribution; to raise the quality of the staff in the library; to improve the administrative levels and high quality service on documentary information; to exploe and utilize the documents in our library.
