摘要
身体素质训练是竞技性运动训练的基础 ,在整个训练中占有很重要的地位 .跆拳道的身体素质训练有其特殊的方法 .结合亲身的训练教学经验 ,初步总结、探讨跆拳道的身体素质训练方法和手段 .
Body Training is indispensable to the competing sport.As concerns Tae Kwon Do,there are specific approaches to the body training.According to the writer's teaching experience,the present article is an attempting exploration to the training approaches of Tae Kwon Do.
