“知假买假”具有法律上的合理性。《消费者权益保护法》第四十九条是针对经营者的“欺诈行为”的法律制裁 ,具有一定的相对独立性 ,《消费者权益保护法》的其他条款不能取代和涵盖其四十九条的法律效力。
