摘要
大型建筑项目施工管理作为一个系统工程,具有施工面宽,流动性较大,不可预见因素较多,容易受外界因素的影响等特点;尤其是类似高校新校区建设等的重点建设项目,具有规模大、影响大、涉及面广、质量标准和技术要求高、施工单位和协作配合环节多等特点。这样,业主、承包商和监理在施工阶段进行项目管理和目标控制时所需采集、处理和分析的信息量相当宏大,工程管理工作量大而复杂。因而,借助计算机进行辅助管理也越来越显得重要。作者将首先介绍管理信息系统的基本概念及其发展状况,随后着重阐述建筑施工管理系统的基本概念及各子系统之间的关系,最后提及了建筑施工管理系统设计的概念。
As an item of systems engineering,a large construction management has many characteristics,such as wide construction area,frequent changes of working site and more unknown occurrence etc,as well as it is easy to be affected by outside factors.The pivot project similar to the new college campus construction has the special features,as large scale,big impact,and extensive involvement.Besides,it requires high quality standard and technique demand,and many taches cooperated with construction teams.In this way,the information need to be collected,managed and analyzed is quite grandiose and the project management workload is colossal and complicated when the owner,the contractor and the supervisor participate in the project management and object controlling in the construction phase.As a result,the assistant managements with the help of computers become more and more important.The paper introduces the basic concept of Management Information System and its development status first and sets forth the relation of its subsystem subsequently.In the end,it describes the concept of the construction management system design.
