摘要
从学校体育的现状和面临的问题出发 ,认为学校体育素质教育应包括健康教育、终身体育思想教育、体育文化教育等内容 ,其实现途径应体现在体育课的知识性、技能性、娱乐性和竞技性上 .
According to the current situation and problems of P.E.education at schools,the author thinks that the P.E. quality oriented education should include health education,lifelong P.E.ideological education,P.E.culture education and so on.The realization of the mentioned above should be through P.E.classes,which are knowlege character,technical ability character,amusement character and athletics character.
