摘要
随着经济建设的快速发展,环境领域相伴随的必将是量大面广且常表现为群体性的环境纠纷,单单依靠行政手段和传统的司法手段来解决这些纠纷显得捉襟见肘。因而拟就代表人诉讼制度引入我国环境保护领域原因以及如何完善代表人诉讼制度在环保领域的运用提供一个思路。
With the rapid development of economics, there are many conflicts in environment protecting areas. It is not enough to only depend on administrative measures of traditional juridical measures. A new idea is produced based on the cause of introducing representative's legal proceedings into the protection of environment and the application of the legal proceedings into environment protecting areas.
