环氧化酶2和乙酰肝素酶mRNA在肾癌中的表达 被引量:1

Expressions of Cyclooxygenase-2 mRNA and Heparanase mRNA in renal cell carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨环氧化酶2(COX-2)和乙酰肝素酶(Hpa)mRNA在肾癌(RCC)组织中的表达,分析其与RCC发生发展及预后的关系。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(半定量RT-PCR)方法检测56例RCC组织标本及28例癌旁正常组织标本中COX-2 mRNA与Hpa mRNA的表达(β-actin作为定量标准物),观察其在RCC组织和癌旁组织中的表达差异以及与临床病理参数和预后的关系。结果56例RCC组织中COX-2 mRNA与Hpa mRNA阳性率分别为73.2%和67.9%,均高于癌旁正常组织(χ2=17.719,χ2=21.429,P均<0.05);COX-2 mRNA阳性表达率G1~G2高于G3~G4(χ2=30.727,P<0.05),COX-2 mRNA表达与患者预后不相关(χ2=0.890,P>0.05);Hpa mRNA阳性表达率与RCC病理分级、临床分期、淋巴转移密切相关(χ2=7.718,χ2=3.963,χ2=3.852,P均<0.05),Hpa mRNA表达与患者预后相关(χ2=12.72,P<0.05);COX-2 mRNA与Hpa mRNA的阳性表达不相关(r=-0.244,P>0.05...
