摘要
出口业务中,贸易术语的选用事关出口风险规避。由于FOB与FCA术语在风险转移界限、费用负担、制单结汇时间、"仓至仓"待遇等方面存在差别,从而带给内陆出口方的风险大小不同。因此内陆地区的出口方应根据自身的运输条件,尽量选用风险较小的FCA贸易术语成交,以规避风险。
In the export business,the choice of the trade term is related to risk aversion.Because the difference in risk transfer boundary,the cost burden,time of single-settlement exchange,treatment of "warehouse to warehouse" between FOB and FCA,there is difference in the risk of inland exporter.According to its own conditions of transport,inland exporter should select trade term of FCA that the risk is smaller in order to avoid risks.
