摘要
在化学反应缩核模型的基础上,提出了球形缓控释制剂药物释放的缩核模型,重点分析了高分子层起控释作用时的药物传递情况,推导了累计药物释放率的表达式及药物释放的最长时间,结论是制剂存在"突释"现象.改性的途径是:根据制剂的种类及使用场合,设计或选择易降解或溶胀的高分子材料,使其有关的释放参数随时间而作特定的变化.作为数学模型的处理方式,将高分子层释放参数的变化归纳为其扩散系数与时间的函数,得到了相应的表达式.
Based on the shrinking-core model of chemical reaction,the shrinking-core model of sustained and controlled release pharmaceuticals is put out.The drug transfer is analyzed mainly under the condition that the polymer layer plays the role of controlling the release process.The equations of cumulative drug release rate and the maximum drug release time are deduced.The conclusion is that the pharmaceutical has burst release phenomenon.The improvement method is to design or choose easy degradation polymers ba...
