摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜对棉铃虫(Helicoverpa armigera(Hübner))5龄幼虫气门的细微结构进行了观察。结果表明,棉铃虫的气门类型为内闭式气门,气门筛二唇形,中部微凸;外面观簇生,棉絮状,分枝发达,内面观呈平行排列的树状,分枝不发达;蛹气门椭圆形,中央拱起,过滤结构分枝较少。
The spiracle structure of Helicoverpa armigrea larvae with fifth instar was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the spiracle type is internal closing apparatus,spiracle sieve plate is a shape of two lips and central bulge with cluster,floccus and flourishing braches from outward appearance and with parallel arrangement tree shape and un-flourishing branches from inside appearance,and its pupa spiracle is an ellipse shape with central bulge and a few of filter structure branches.
