大学是重要的研究力量,而研究经费作为大学开展各项科研活动的保障,其来源、用途和管理问题一直是学术界关注的焦点本文主要介绍和分析日本国立、公立和私立大学研究费的来源和用途以及管理规定,供有关人士参考。
University is an important research force.Since research funding is a fundamental element for universities to carry out scientific researches, problems of the source,usage and management of research funding attract the attention of the academia at all times.This paper introduces and analyses the source,use and management of research funding of universities in Japan,and references to relevant people.
