摘要
根据南水北调中线工程PCCP管线阴极保护效果的检测需要,设计研制了专用于PCCP的阴极保护测试探头。对探头的功能结构、混凝土内置参比电极性能、加工制作、性能测试与分析等方面进行了研究。研制的PCCP管测试探头结构新颖、选用的MnO2参比电极性能稳定可靠,该探头可以满足现场PCCP管线自然腐蚀电位、通/断电电位测试以及阴极保护效果的评价,可以在PCCP管阴极保护工程中应用。
Based on the demand from the testing on the effect of cathodic protection for the PCCP pipeline of the Mid-route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,a special testing probe is designed and developed,for which studies are made on the aspects such as the function structure,the performance of the reference electrode embedded in concrete,the manufacturing,the performance test and analysis,etc.The structure of the developed probe is novel with a stable Mn02 reference electrode selected,and then can be applied to the cathodic protection of the PCCP pipeline,as it can satisfy the site testing on the natural corrosion potential and on/off potential as well as the evaluation on the effect of cathodic protection.
