摘要
畜牧业科技档案管理工作的根本目的是搞好档案信息资源的开发与利用,发挥档案的社会效益,也是档案工作的生命与归宿,知识或信息的积累与利用,给畜牧业科技档案管理工作带来新的发展契机.
File management of animal husbandry science and technology fundamental purpose is to do a good job of archival information resources development and utilization of social benefits play a file as well as archival work and home life,the twenty-first century is the era of knowledge-based economy,and the past economy compared to the knowledge-based economy of the biggest difference is that it is not directly dependent on the prosperity of the resources,capital,technical input to the hardware size and increase the number of directly dependent on the accumulation of knowledge or information and use,this is undoubtedly the cause of the file significance of the development of the abyss,and to file the management of animal husbandry science and technology brought new opportunity for development.
