摘要
社会领域立法是相对于经济领域立法、政治领域立法、文化领域立法而言的。在经济领域立法获得长足发展的同时,社会领域立法发展滞后。按照科学发展观的要求,有必要从经济社会全面发展的角度,重新审视和定位立法发展的趋势和方向,进一步明确立法机关的工作重心,在继续做好经济领域立法的同时,认真做好社会领域立法工作。
The social realm lawmaking is in opposition to economic realm lawmaking,political realm lawmaking and the cultural realm lawmaking.While the economic realm lawmaking acquire a substantial development,in the meantime,the social realm lawmaking development fall behind.The Scientific Outlook on Dewelopment requests that there is necessity to develop completely from the economic and society,re-examine and locate the trend and direction of the lawmaking development,further explicit the work center of the lawmaking organization and continue to work well economic realm lawmaking,we must also do well the social realm lawmaking work.
