摘要
诸葛亮屡次兴兵陇右,论者均以为北伐的战略目标是"出于秦川",与曹魏进行决战。其实,按"隆中对"的设想,对曹魏战略进攻的前提是"天下有变",在此条件成熟之前,诸葛亮的北伐只是战略相持阶段的局部战争,是为预期中的战略进攻作重要的准备工作,目的是在决战时争取一个较好的战略态势。
ZHU Ge-liang sent armed forces into battles several times to the right part of Gansu.It is said that his purpose is to engage a decisive battle with Wei state from Qinchuan.However,according to the tentative plan brought up in Longzhong,ZHU Ge-liang thought that the strategic offensive toward Wei state is implemented only under the situation that national political situation changed greatly.Before the timing comes,his northern expedition was only local warfare during the stage of stalemate.That is an important preparation for the conceptual offensive.The goal is to gain a better situation in the decisive battle.
