摘要
目的 :观察柴胡颗粒剂对原发性癫痫的疗效。方法 :用柴胡颗粒剂治疗原发性癫痫 5 6例 ,对照组分别选用苯妥英钠、丙戊酸钠治疗。结果 :柴胡颗粒剂治疗原发性癫痫全身性发作、部分性发作与对照组相比均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective:This study was designed to observe the curative effect of bupleurum root granule on primary epilepsy. M ethods: Bupleurum root granule was used to treat 56 patients with pri mary epilepsy. The result was compared with 55 age-matched controls, of which 1 7 were treated by valproate sodium and 38 by dilantion sodium. Results : There were no significant differences between the bupleurum roo t gr anule group and the control groups (P>0.05). Co nclusion: Bupleurum root granule might be a new antiepileptic with a better curative effect on primary epilepsy.
