硝酸酯增塑聚醚聚氨酯粘结剂的稳定研究

摘要 采用热失重 (TG)分析法研究了四类稳定剂对硝酸酯增塑聚醚聚氨酯的热氧稳定效果。吩噻嗪能很好地稳定聚醚聚氨酯粘结剂 ,但却促使硝酸酯分解。亚磷酸三苯酯单独使用时效果较差 ,但与其它种类的稳定剂混合使用能得到较好的效果。 2 ,6-二叔丁基 - 4 -甲基酚 (BHT)对硝酸酯和聚氨酯粘结剂均具有良好的稳定作用。稳定剂的稳定效果反映了各类稳定剂的作用机理 。 The effect of four types of stabilizers on the thermooxidative stability of nitrate ester plasticized polyether-urethane was investigated by TG. Phenothiazine efficiently protected the polyether-urethane binder but accelerated the decomposition of nitrate esters. Triphenyl phosphite provided prominent stabilization only when used in combination with other stabilizers. Good results have been obtained for both polyether-urethane and nitrate esters when using 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methyl-phenol(BHT) as stabilizer. Based on the analysis of stabilizing mechanism, hindered phenolic antioxidant such as BHT was suggested to be the best stabilizer for polyurethane binder in propellant.
