持续性外周炎症引起脊髓背角浅层nociceptin/or phanin放射性结合位点增加(英文)
Nociceptin/orphanin FQ binding increases in superficial laminae of the rat spinal cord following persistent peripheral inflammation
摘要
采用放射性同位素位点结合法研究了外用持续性炎症对腰段脊髓 (L4 )背角Nociceptin结合位点的影响。大鼠一侧脚掌皮下注射CFA (130 μl)后 ,局部产生明显的炎性水肿 ,并出现行为学的痛觉过敏并有热辐射刺激诱发的脊髓背角浅层No ciceptin结合位点的明显增加。结果提示 ,Nociceptin在脊髓水平抗伤害感受过程中起一定的作用。
