摘要
本文总结了在Windows3 X、Windows 95和WindowsNT下I/O端口访问技术的差别 ;提出了在Windows3 X和Windows95下不写设备驱动程序 ,直接进行I/O的可行性。
This article summarizes the differences between the technologies when I/O ports are accessed under Windows 3.X, Windows 95 and Windows NT,and discusses the feasibility of direct I/O access under Windows 3.X and Windows 95 without writing any specific device driver.
