早期NSE在颅脑损伤判断及预后评价中的意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过测定血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)浓度,研究其在颅脑损伤判断及预后评价中的意义.方法采用Marmarou致伤装置复制出弥漫性脑损伤模型.健康SD大鼠70只,随机分为轻、中、重伤组和对照组.伤后3小时抽取静脉血用双抗体夹心法测定NSE.结果各组血清NSE浓度为:对照组:1.54±0.55ng/L;轻伤组:1.90±0.43ng/L;中伤组:2.80±1.59ng/L;重伤组:6.22±3.30ng/L.结论血清NSE可能是判断颅脑损伤程度和预后较为理想的指标.
