摘要
20世纪上半叶南非风云人物史末资提出的整体论 ,不仅仅是生物学上的一种进化观 ,而且是一种带普遍性的宏观的思维模式 ,是当时条件下的一体化理论。史末资的对外政策实践受整体论的指导 ,又受其民族性的影响 ,是他身上一体化与民族性矛盾的反映。在世界日益走向整体、人们注重宏观思维的今天 。
The Holism that was brought forth by influential South African Smuts in the first half of 20th century is not only an evolutionism, but it is also a popular macro ideology; it is a theory of integration of the time. The practice of Smuts' foreign policy was guided by holism, and it was also influenced by nationality, a reflection of integration and national contradiction of himself. At the time when the world is going globalization and paying attention to macro thinking, the study towards Smuts' Holism possesses certain practical significance.
