摘要
通过对一系列的溶石剂进行遴选实验 ,遴选出疗效确切 ,更适宜于临床治疗的胆石溶解剂。方法 :采用体外溶石法 ,比较胆石相对减重率 ,最终确定胆石溶解剂。结果 :在模拟胆囊条件下 ,桔油Ⅰ号油溶石速度最快。
The objective of this in vitro experiment is to find an optimum gallstone litholytic for treating cholelithiasis from many kinds of litholytic. The best gallstone litholytic was ascertained by comparing the relative gallstone weight reducing rates by the in vitro method for dissolving gallstones. The results showed that in the mimic gallbladder, the oil No.1 was an optimum gallstone litholytic which dissolved gallstones fastest with the best effect.
