摘要
作为革命性的商务及贸易新形式，全球电子商务的兴起，使得现在的商务活动面临前所未有的安全性挑战，尤其是涉及互联网和信息系统的安全保护问题。本文着重分析了电子商务应用中出现的有关安全方面的问题，以及常用的安全与认证技术，介绍了国内在电子商务安全保护方面的有关法律法规，并探讨了我国在此方面的若干立法建议。
As a kind of revolutionary commercial form, the global Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce, EC) makes the business affairs confront the challenge of the security, especially the security of the Information System (IS) in Internet.
