摘要
目前，世界经济正向快速化、一体化、全球化发展，企业也逐渐趋向跨国经营、无界经营。在电子技术日趋发达的今天，市场信息瞬息万变，要想把握住最好的商机，对信息的捕捉尤其重要。传统的企业经营模式已经不能较好地满足这一变化，取而代之的是一种全新的经营模式──虚拟经营。本文简单介绍了虚拟经营的概念、特点及适用性，并对其在我国国有企业中的运作进行了一些粗略的探讨，以期能在操作中有一定的现实意义。
