摘要
论述了企业投资决策概念及其要素，并对企业投资决策模式种类及各种投资决策模式存在的风险进行了系统分析。
The definition of the decision-making and the factors of it are discussed in details in this paper. And all kinds of investment decision-making patterns of enterprises and their risks are analyzed systematically in the paper.
