摘要
对近年来蜘蛛肽类神经毒素结构与功能研究的新进展作了概述 .在蜘蛛毒液中发现含有丰富的肽类神经毒素 .至今已有近 10 0种蜘蛛神经毒素的一级结构被测定 ,除黑寡妇蜘蛛毒素为高分子量毒素外 ,其它蜘蛛神经毒素的相对分子质量在 3× 10 3~ 12× 10 3之间 ,不同种属来源的毒素同源性很小 ,序列中含有较多的半胱氨酸 .这些毒素功能多样 ,可与细胞膜上的Na+ 、K+ 或Ca2 + 等离子通道相互作用 .由于它们对离子通道的选择性 ,这些毒素在神经生物学和药理学研究上已得到了广泛的应用 .
Spider venom contains a variety of neurotoxic peptide components. The amino acid sequences of about 100 kinds of spider toxin have been determined so far. Their molecular weights were varied from 3×10 3 to 12×10 3 except for black widow spider toxins, which were high molecular mass types. There were plenty of cysteine residues in their sequences.
