西方国家关于高等教育的理念主要是关于“大学观”的历史发展 ;西方大学及其理念有着自身的辩证发展逻辑 ;进入 2 0世纪 70年代以后 ,世界高等教育理念有了许多新的发展 ;中国大学理念从古代到近代发生了许多根本性的变化。回顾和反思西方国家及中国大学理念的发展 。
