摘要
目的总结PL与ESWL治疗输尿管下段结石的临床效果。方法统计分析2004年6月～2008年5月应用PL和ESWL治疗输尿管下段结石364例患者的资料。分析其病史特点、治疗方法、结石排净率和并发症等临床资料。结果PL组有效率为92.52%;ESWL组有效率为94.16%;比较两组疗效无差异显著性(P>0.05)。结论PL和ESWL都是输尿管下段结石安全、高效、微创伤的治疗方法,但ESWL更具有无需麻醉、非侵入性、无需住院和治疗费用低等优点,可作为输尿管下段结石的首选治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of PL and ESWL for the treatment of distal ureteral calculi. Methods To investigate the clinical material of the treatment of distal ureteral calculi for 364 patients by PL and ESWL during June 2004 and May 2008.
