摘要
对w(S)量高、w(Si)和w(Mn)量低的高炉渣铁进行脱硫试验,结果显示:渣铁温度控制在1420~1460℃,加入3%的脱硫剂(成分为85%石灰+10%萤石+5%石墨),脱硫时间为10min时,脱硫效果达到最佳。用该工艺生产普通灰铸铁件,试样的基体组织为珠光体+铁素体,抗拉强度为195MPa,布氏硬度为223HB,满足低牌号灰铸铁的性能要求。
An investigation on desulphurizing of blast furnace slag-iron mixture melt with high S content and low Si,low Mn contents was conducted.The result showed that the best desulphurizing effect was obtained when the slag-iron mixture melt temperature was kept between 1 420~1 460 ℃,desulphurizing agent consisted of 85% lime +10% fluorite +5% graphite and its adding amount was 3%.Above mentioned process was used to produce the normal gray iron,the matrix structure of specimen was of pearlite + ferrite,and its ten...
