摘要
监测站点作为水土保持监测网络的"神经末梢",是水土保持监测的重中之重。总结了我国水土保持监测点建设的发展历程,分析了目前存在的问题,重点阐述了监测站点在设置与布局、设施设备、人员队伍、监测数据、运行管理、监测经费保障等方面开展规范化建设的内容。并提出了监测点规范化建设下一步工作建议,可为国家更好地开展全国水土保持监测站点建设与管理提供参考。
Monitoring site is the base and important constituent of soil and water conservation monitoring.
