摘要
目的建立安乐片中柴胡皂苷a的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:kromasil C18柱;流动相乙腈-水(55:45);检测波长:210nm;流速:1.0ml·min-1。结果柴胡皂苷a线性范围为24.28～194.24μg·ml-1,相关系数r为0.9997,回收率为99.15%,RSD为1.67%。结论本方法简便、可靠、重现性较好,能起到控制安乐片中柴胡皂苷a含量的作用。
Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of Saikosaponin a in Anle Tablets . Method: Saikosaponin a in Anle Tablets was determined by HPLC, using kromasil Cl8 column, acetonitrile-water(55:45) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 210 nm. The flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1.
