摘要
利用COSMOSWorks软件对螺杆进行有限元静态分析,得出了应力、应变、位移、变形图解,对图解进行了分析,指出了螺杆上应力集中的位置和应力发展方向,并对应力集中位置指出了相应的处理措施,为进一步对螺杆的优化研究及挤压膨化的模拟试验奠定了基础.
Static analysis is conducted to extruder screw using COSMOSWorks,and the diagrams about stress,strain,displacment and translation are gained.The focusing on site and developing direction of stress in screw is pointed out,the corresponding treating measures are provided.The research results provide a basis for further study on screw design optimization and simulation of extrading experiments.
