摘要
针对某水电站发电坝段压力钢管弹性垫层模量的优选问题,采用三维非线性有限元法和混凝土开裂本构模型进行了计算分析.结果表明:设置弹性垫层对于控制压力钢管外包混凝土裂缝的开展效果明显;随着垫层模量的增大,压力钢管的拉应力逐渐减小,而混凝土开裂体积的变化不明显,同时,开裂体积的最小值出现在两个端点值中间的某一个值而非端点值,体现了混凝土开裂问题的非线性特征.
The modulus optimization problem of penstock elastic liner is studied by 3-D finite element method and concrete cracking constitutive relationship.The results reveal that setting elastic liner has a significant effect on the cracking control of penstock surrounding concrete.The penstock tensile stresses are reducing gradually while the liner modulus is increasing,but the concrete cracking volume changes slightly.The minimum concrete cracking volume arises between the two endpoints of the liner modulus,which...
