摘要
利用电容的容量变化来测量微小的位移变化是一种常用的方法。采用两块同样大小的钢制圆盘作为电容的两个极板,加上一个螺旋测微计,设计了一个自制的电容,并利用自制电容来实现对微小位移的测量。
It is a means to measure the weeny displacement with a capacitor.This is a home-made capacitor which is made up of two same size disks and a micrometer.A design of measuring the weeny displacement with the home-made capacitor is presented in the article.
