摘要
根据对40Cr的高温物理特性和高温力学性能测试结果,分析了合金钢连铸与普碳钢连铸的不同点,制定了40Cr合理的目标表面温度曲线。应用方坯连铸二次冷却计算机仿真通用软件,对某厂方坯连铸机生产合金钢40Cr进行了模拟,分析了表面温度和坯壳厚度的变化规律,得到了生产40Cr时各冷却区水量与拉速的关系式(Q=a+bv+cv2)。
Based on the physical characteristics and mechanical property of alloy steel 40Cr,the differentia of alloy steel and straight carbon steel is analyzed.And the curve of aimed surface temperature is established.The continuous casting processes are simulated through the Computer simulation software of secondary cooling in billet continuous casting.The varying trends of surface temperature and shell thickness are analyzed,and the relational expressions flow capacity and cast speed about 40Cr are obtained.
