摘要
教师的教育效能感决定他们的教育态度和教育行为,是影响新课程改革的重要因素。通过分析教师的教育效能感与学生成长的关系,揭示教师只有树立积极的教育效能感,才能真正实现新课程改革的目标。
Teacher s teaching efficacy is crucial factor of new course reform,which effects teachers schooling attitude and action.Relationship between teacher s teaching efficacy and students development is conducted,through which teachers can set up the active Teacher s Teaching Efficacy and be sure to realize the goal of new course reform.
