鸭A-FABP基因单核苷酸多态性分析及其与体脂性状相关的研究 被引量:21

摘要 以樱桃谷鸭为试验材料,对脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)基因进行单核苷酸多态性检测(SNPs),并对该基因型与体脂等性状进行关联分析。结果表明:在内含子2中发现A76T、T78C、T93C、C134T4个单碱基突变,鸭群中表现出3种基因型(AA、AB和BB)。方差分析结果表明:该品种的活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、肝脏重、皮脂重、胸肌脂肪含量和肝脏脂肪含量在不同基因型间差异不显著;BB型腹脂重、腹脂率显著高于AA型和AB型;BB型皮脂率和腿肌脂肪含量显著高于AB型。结果提示A-FABP基因可能是影响鸭脂肪代谢的主效基因或与控制该性状的主效基因连锁。 In this experiment,Cherry Valley duck was used to detect single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) in AFABP gene and to study the correlation between its genotype and the fatness traits.Four SNPs,A76T,T78C,T93C and C134T in intronⅡwere deteced within duck A-FABP gene.Results of analysis of variance showed that no significant difference were found among body weight,carcass weight,half eviscerated weight,eviscerated weight,liver weight,skin fat weight,fat content in breast intramuscular and liver with different g...
