摘要
将分光光度计通过串行口与计算机连接,设计研发基于LabVIEW8.0可见分光光度测量虚拟仪器系统,实现吸光度测量的自动数据采集、处理、显示、存储及结果生成等。系统运用测定丙酮碘化反应动力学参数的实例表明:基于LabVIEW8.0构建化学虚拟仪器方便、快捷、直观、界面友好、可操作性强、功能易扩展,可使传统仪器的性能大大提高,避免繁琐的人工数据处理和人为误差,提高实验的效率和准确性。
A virtual instrument of spectrophotometer was developed based on LabVIEW 8.0,which achieves live serial data acquisition, processing,display momentarily,save,result generation and so on.The application in the determination of acetone iodination shows:this virtual instrument has many advantages such as real time,friendly interface,easy to handle and so on.The modular design of this virtual instrument facilitates further extension of its capacity,and avoids data processing and man-made errors.
