摘要
目的:采用SRAP(sequence related amplified polymorphism)分子标记技术对不同产地蒙古黄芪进行遗传关系研究,为蒙古黄芪的种质资源评价提供一定的依据。方法:对来源于12个产地的蒙古黄芪的样品进行了SRAP多态性研究。结果:从80个引物组合中筛选出扩增产物条带信号强,重现性好,特征性好的16个引物组合,扩增得到141条条带,聚类分析结果显示,12份材料可以分为2个大类。结论:蒙古黄芪居群间遗传分化明显,SRAP技术可以有效用于蒙古黄芪的亲缘关系分析。
