Survivin在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与Fas/Fas-L表达相关性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨生存素(Survivin)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与Fas、Fas-L表达的相关性。方法应用S-P免疫组化染色法检测Survivin、Fas及Fas-L蛋白在46例子宫内膜癌中的表达,同时选9例子宫内膜非典型增生及12例正常子宫内膜组织作为对照。结果Survivin在子宫内膜癌中表达率为65.2%,明显高于正常子宫内膜中的表达率25%(P<0.05)。Fas在子宫内膜癌和正常子宫内膜组织中表达率分别为52.2%和84.6%(P<0.05)。Fas-L在子宫内膜癌和正常子宫内膜组织中表达率分别为78.3%和33.3%(P<0.05)。Fas蛋白表达阳性、阴性者子宫内膜癌组织中,Survivin表达阳性率分别为45.8%、81.8%,两者间具有明显的负相关(P<0.05);而Fas-L表达阳性、阴性者中,Survivin表达率分别为75%、30%,两者之间具有明显的正相关(P<0.05)。结论Survivin引起的细胞凋亡抑制,在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中起一定作用,Survivin与Fas、Fas-L有关。 Objective To study the Survivin expression and its relationship with expression of Fas and Fas ligand(Fas-L)in endometrial carcinoma.Methods Using streptavidin-biotin peroxidase(S-P)method,we examined the expression of Survivin,Fas and Fas-L proteins in 12 normal endometrial tissues and 46 endometrial carcinoma tissues.Results Survivin was expressed in 30 of 46(65.2%)cases of endometrial carcinomas,whose positive rate was higher than normal endometrial epithelium(25%,P<0.05).It was the same for Fas-L exp...
