摘要
目的:观察中药美肤汤治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:将72例女性黄褐斑患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例,采用口服中药美肤汤,外用千白氢醌乳膏治疗;对照组34例,采用口服维生素C、维生素E,外用千百氢醌乳膏治疗。治疗2个月后观察结果。结果:治疗组总有效率84.21%,对照组总有效率70.58%。两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药美肤汤治疗黄褐斑临床疗效显著。
